In this passage, the determination of Aaron has been discussed. The sentence “it is most holy to the Lord” (Cameron, 2016) allows us to understand that sometimes we have to forget about expecting something from the people around us and try to please the God by offering the prayers, bowing before Him and sacrificing a goat. The chance is that the sprinkle of the goat’s blood will cleanse everything, making this world look more purified and better than ever. The fact is that we are surrounded by various controversies and conflicts, and peace and harmony seem to have been vanished. If we choose to live simple lives and turn to God for every necessity, we will not have to look at the hands of the powerful.
