Below is the instructions that the professor gives in his course page. This should be a part of the term paper. The only thing I want to clarify and make sure is that if you usually don't finish a completed work on APA citation in a formal and standard style (although i suppose you do) please list all the sources like URL you have used, from internet or from book at the end of your work so that I will be able to do APA citations by myself. (Last time he/she just gave me the whole thing without any URL nor cited sources and that was REALLY a problem.)

This paper is intended to give you an opportunity to write two sections of your final paper and get feedback on how to make your final paper the best that it can be.
Method: This is the section of your paper in which you tell people what your study actually does, or in your case, will do. Since you're writing a research proposal, this section should be written in the future tense, for the most part. The method section is generally divided into three main subsections: the participants section, the materials section, and the procedure section.
Participants section: Describe your participants, including selection and assignment. When in doubt, use more detail rather than less. Describe how the participants will be recruited, what sort of demographics are relevant (i.e., race, gender, economy sector, or any other relevant features). Also, describe how participants will be assigned to groups and that sort of thing. Provide enough detail that someone could replicate your method. (20 points)
Materials: Describe any materials being used in your experiment. If you're using pretty basic stuff (i.e., pens and paper, computers, that sort of thing), then you don't need to give a ton of detail. Again, focus on giving enough detail that other people could replicate your method. (20 points)
Procedure: Provide a summary of the procedure from your experiment, including a step-by-step of how to do the study. (20 points)
Predicted Results
Describe main effects, correlations, interactions, or any other statistical tests. (20 points)
Describe and caption one or more graphs from your paper. (20 points)

This section describes the manner in which the study will be conducted to attain its primary objectives and develop recommendations and conclusion in the final report. Road safety issues are social issues. Hence, their dynamics dictate complex study methodologies. Thus, this section describes the type of participants that will be included in the study, materials necessary to complete the review and analysis of the procedure that will be followed by the study
Existing literature suggests that there is a trade-off among methods that can be applied in this study. Simulative methods, which include staged scenario are common when studying driver distraction as a significant cause of accidents. However, simulative studies do not offer the best conclusions that can be adopted in the real environment (Muehleggera & Shoaga, 2014). The other methodologies entail observing actual scenarios based on the paradigm of a study. Observation strategies look into the actual evidence of factors leading to accidents. Observation approaches cannot be conducted within a given time because of the uncertain nature of accidents. However, this method can be used on historical data collected over a given period of time in the past. Hence, this study will rely on a mixed approach- simulative and observational approaches that are well combined. Some benefits are attained by using the two approaches within a single study. The primary advantage is that limitations of each of the approaches are eliminated. Simulated experiments are precise in determining the interaction between variables. There are several factors that may interact and lead into an accident. Hence, simulative studies are important to determine how candidate factors of distraction can interact to cause accidents.
Study participants include individuals that will assume active roles that will lead to a determination of the role of distraction on road accidents. Road accidents are public health hazards. Hence, participants in this study will be drawn from the general public. Participants in the study belong to only one group of road user-drivers. Pedestrians and other road users will not be featured in the study. Drivers as participants will be studied at two levels; accident and distraction. Based on historic data, drivers who have been involved in an accident will qualify for a study. Two drivers involved in one accident will be counted as one incident within the study methodology. A sample of participants will be drawn from the available data based on some factor; Age, gender, type of distraction, and types of phone for phone based distraction,
