The test is crucial as it helps an individual to examine who they really are and what they could develop into. The test is important in organizations as people have varying strengths and weaknesses and as such it is important to develop training tools that take into consideration the various strengths and weaknesses. The test helps individuals to notice areas where they have the best capability for developing strength.
Purpose of Training Program
The training program will be a three day customer service training course that will give the trainees a chance to build a skilled and reliable technique when communicating with clients in a call center. The training will offer the trainees the necessary skills on how to deal with customers and take care of inquiries in an effective and efficient way. In addition to this, trainees will learn how to communicate efficiently with client and probe and respond fully to customer questions.
