Introduction
The number of refugees is increasing in the world over time. Worldwide, about 11.7 million refugees have been recorded under UNHCR’s directive in 2013, which was the highest number since the 2001 data. The total refugees by the end of 2013 were 879800 relocated in the developed countries. In the current article, evidence-informed interventions have been provided for traumatized refugees of Syria who were resettled in Western MA.
Syrian Refugees Resettling in Western MA
A general profile of Syrian refugees was shared with the investors. The refugees who were assisted by the government were provided additional requirements. The UN gives attention to the people who were the most vulnerable among Syrian refugees. The main aim of the UN is to keep the refugees near to home so they will be able to come home when conceivable. But the neighboring countries are getting burdened because of a huge number of Syrian refugees. To resolve these issues, the refugees have been sent to many other countries that include Somalia, Iraq, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa Republic, and Western MA.
The Refugee Experience
Most of the times, many refugees are not able to travel far across the borders of the homeland. The only option they have is to live in the neighboring countries in poverty.
