COMPANY DESCRIPTION

 

SaniHome is a national cleaning services company that works with various clients across multiple areas to sanitize and disinfect their properties and ensure their ability to live healthy and safely in a constantly changing world and prevent the spread of infectious viruses. We work with clients employing adaptive and expert cleaning teams to disinfect property surfaces using highly effective cleaning technology and safe chemicals. Our mission is to stop the transmission of viral and bacterial infections and to help create safe and healthy spaces for people to live. 

 

SaniHome was founded in 2018 by five classmates in a marketing class at University at Buffalo and is currently a national scale privately owned company with operations in several major cities across the United States. We originally established as a home cleaning service, and since then have adapted to assist a world subjected to global epidemics and pandemics, notably Covid-19. We are currently invested in expanding our cleaning technology to ensure our ability to combat similar pressing situations in the future, and prevent the rapid spread of highly contagious viruses.

 

Today, we live in a world that has become interconnected on a scale not seen in any generation prior. With the rise of globalism and the mass transportation of goods and people come new benefits, but also new threats. Since the beginning of the 21st century we have seen a rise in the number of novel influenza and coronavirus cases not seen in the past. With the advancement of technology revolving around travel and the ever increasing interdependence of regional markets, the world will seek new and effective methods for handling these new microbial challenges faced. With the changes going on in today's world and the problems we now face, it provides the opportunity for us to produce a solution. Our goal is to provide that solution in the form of a service-based company focusing on the prevention and removal of harmful pathogens. 

 

The new product we use and offer through our service is a sanitizing mist meant to sterilize high risk (or low risk) areas and keep the present in those areas safe. Our product will be provided as a service through an app for easy use for both residential and commercial properties and assets. The app will provide various sanitizing services to users. Our service is designed to make it easy for someone to sanitize their entire house, facility, or any space involved with human contact in just an hour. Our teams of professionals will enter the property and use a special combination of chemicals that creates a fog like spray that will sanitize anything in its circumference of infectious viruses, without leaving any bit of residue around. This spray is both eco friendly and safe for use.

 

SaniHome is in the fast growing cleaning services market. This sector is currently valued at $40.02 billion, and is expected to reach $80.5 billion by 2026.  The cleaning services market has seen a compound annual growth rate of about 6.1% since 2016, and is expected to grow annually by nearly 4.5% over the next decade. The increasing risk of global diseases and viruses such as influenza, notably, COVID-19 and other superbugs is expected to face SaniHome with high demands, and requirements of growth, innovation, and research & development. We generate an annual $250,000 in revenues, which is expected to increase to $2 million at the end of this fiscal year with immense growth in demand. We are continually looking for ways to improve operational efficiency, innovate, and build a competitive advantage over our competitors.

 

Overtime, SaniHome has built a large and diverse network of clients. We work to increase the spectrum of areas our clients reside in. Our largest customer base consists of residential clients. We provide 65% of our services in residential homes. Additionally, we currently provide services to commercial companies in the following sectors; Automotive, Financial services and insurance, Utilities and Energy, Healthcare, Non-for-profit, Public Sector, Retail, Travel and Transport. 

 

SaniHome company consists of five major departments: Marketing, Finance, Operation Management, Human Resource, and Technology development. We employ a traditional Hierarchical management structure. This includes the several chief officers, and their subsequent management directors. Furthermore, we incorporate a three-pillar structure model, in which our company success relies on balancing the aims of each pillar. The three pillars include Sustainable Business, Cleaning Excellence, and Social Justice. Sustainable Business focuses on making sure the company maintains financial stability and growth. The Cleaning Excellence pillar aims to ensure that SaniHome delivers clients valuable and effective virus eliminating services. Lastly, the Social Justice pillar looks at our societal impacts as a business.
