VNFIX 
VNFIX in full is Vanguard 500 index fund, and the kind of investment is one of the most benchmarked stocks in the United States of America. The index covers the most considerable portion of the United States equity market that is 80% of the investable market capitalization. The top holders of the fund index are the five business giants, including Microsoft, Apple, Johnson and Johnson, Amazon, and Facebook (Vanguard, n.d). There are also other holders such as Tesla Inc., Alphabet Inc., and many others; the fund covers the United States and the entire international market. Vanguard Group is one of the most significant world equity and fixed income managers; the investment was launched in 1975. The company headquarters are located in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, United States of America (Vanguard, n.d). Its customers own Vanguard Group as the company is run and managed by the funds of its holders. There are several details to this kind of investment.
 The company offers a large selection of mutual funds at a low cost, financial advice, electronic fund transfer (EFT), and several other finance-related services. The company offers about 209 US funds and 232 additional funds in markets outside the United States. Moreover, the company has about $11 trillion worldwide total assets under management in 2021, with nearly a 3.5% annual turnover rate on the entire stock market index fund. The company has over 17,300 employees worldwide as of 2021, and even though this is the case, Vanguard is not publicly traded (Vanguard, n. d). However, Vanguard has a total stock market index fund established to offer different investors exposure to the entire equity market of the United States by providing value stocks, small and large capital growth, and others (Vanguard, n.d). One of the primary reasons behind the company’s success is that it offers low-cost mutual funds, provides the potential for tax efficiency, and its broad diversity. However, the low cost of the mutual funds is what the investors emphasize as there are more profits out of the investment at a low price. Additionally, the company also focuses on the clients’ interests as most of the services, and the company’s core purpose is to ensure and promote client’s investment success. 
The clients own the company, but the chairman and CEO of Vanguard is Mortimer J. Buckley, and several top mutual fund managers globally help him run the business. The VNFIX fund’s annual turnover rate is 4% by September 2021, a low turnover exposure to the United States. VNFIX should be passively managed, as this would allow the investors to track the fund’s index while buying and selling the stock. Michelle M. Louie is one of the portfolio managers at Vanguard and has worked there since 2010; the education level of the manager is business statistics from the American University; M.B.A, Georgia Institute of Technology (Yahoo, 2021).
