Have you ever asked yourself what would happen if all the modern basic amenities such as electricity and telephone could just disappear? Well, such thoughts can be confusing. I believe many of us were born at the times when the world was illuminating with electricity lights and communication was fast, owing to the technological inventions, the world is enjoying today. Some of the most celebrated inventors of all times include Thomas Edison and Alexander Bell. The two greatly contributed to the industrial revolution through their inventions that are widely used today. Edison is known for his electric light bulb invention, while Bell is celebrated for discovering telephone, all which have revolutionized the modern day in so many ways; you can name them. Such inventions had numerous benefits during the indusial revolution.
Telephone is a major contributor to the industrial revolution. This is evidenced by the extent the device has been adopted today all over the world. Effective communication is one of the major tenets of an integrated society. Without proper and efficient communication, many sectors of human society would be negatively impacted.
