Organizational culture refers to leaders' shared beliefs and values, helping employees behave well within the organization. Our organization has an excellent culture that has been achieved through effective communication, team building, and seminars. The organization values transparency, especially on decision-making, allocation of resources, and patient-centered care. The employees are also nurtured through seminars, workshops, and team-building activities. The organization's nurturing ability enabled employees to stay connected through values and a sense of belonging instilled in them by the common goals. Also, constant motivation enables employees to enjoy their work. The shared values and beliefs should be established by the leaders and communicated through appropriate channels to shape employee perceptions, understanding, and behaviors.

The nurses in my organization are striving hard to improve patient care and clinical outcomes by coordinating care delivered through collaboration and initiating interventions to minimize medical errors and risks. They are also actively involved in educating patients and their families on respective diagnoses, predisposing factors to their illnesses, and necessary measures to curb the spread of diseases. They are also obtaining essential education on the effective use of information systems while upholding HIPPA rules and regulations.

Effective medical collaboration is essential in ensuring that the quality of patient care is not compromised. I am the hub of all things concerning patient care in my organization, providing advice, support, and expertise in distinct ways. To ensure patients receive quality care, I usually ensure communication flow between my team and the others is clear, honest, respectful, and full of compassion to provide the same translates to patient-centered care. Conflict is a significant threat to achieving quality care while eliminating health disparities. There is no perfect healthcare environment, and I am working towards excellent management of disputes to ensure quality services are delivered with peacefully with excellent employee collaboration

With the nursing profession's rising complexity due to the increasing chronic number of chronic diseases and pandemics such as COVID-19, new graduate nurses need significant support to manage patient-centered needs while balancing their social life. Nurse managers, nurses, and educators should understand new graduate nurses and their needs to ensure they offer better support and build confidence and competence. In my organization, new nurses receive recognition, are involved and treated as medical care experts, and receive respect, compassion, and dignity from all employees. The informal and formal support ensures all employees are treated equally and are under the effective collaboration.
