This class is interpersonal communication. We will need to read the book and do a power point, to explain everything included in the chapter we read. There are two power point that I have already finished. You just need to write the speech for me so I can just read it in the class to explain those things in the power point and the things in the chapter we need to read. You can also have some real life example if that will help explain the concept. I will give you two power points I have already done and the two chapters we need to read. For the blue book(the cover of book is attached), we need to read chapter 7 for the power point emotion. For the orange book(the cover of this is attached), we need to read chapter 33 Family Ground rule.

You may elicit emotional responses depending on how you communicate underlining the importance of understanding how emotions are linked to communication, and in a family, communication connects the members who have a sense of identity based on family culture and tradition. Role of emotion in communication Identity and communication are closely intertwined, and the lack of communication can affect an individual’s well-being. The experience of emotion is influenced by the perceptions, physiology, language and the social experiences (Wood). The theories of emotions are based on physiological influences, perceptional influences and social influences. Ideally, people ought to recognize feelings and communicate these feelings so that there is correct interpretation, and this helps in both personal life and the workplace. We respond and even react to others in the in the communication process, and most especially, when communication triggers emotions. However, the culture and communities influence our perceptions about bad and good emotions and whether to express them or repel them.
