Knowing one’s attitude is important for anyone to lead. It allows them to be able to deal with the different stresses of the workplace as well as help others in doing so. In the book, one of the main characters whom I feel a connection with was Mary Jane and her “can-do” attitude. It was said that even though she wasn’t the first one to come and to leave, her work ethic is remarkable that she can do her job in a short time. Personally, I believe that work ethic is one of the most important ingredients for success. It helps, not only the person to accomplish his task, but also inspire others in doing so.
