Introduction
Background information
Workplace health related hazards have been on the rise despite various measures being taken to avert them. There has been an integrated effort by the stakeholders resulting in occupational safety and health programs to foster for the safe and healthy working environment in the places of work. Common workplace hazards include mechanical hazards resulting from impacts of force, physical hazards in the form of noise, lighting and vibration. Others are biological and chemical and psychological hazards.
Industrial health hazards pose greater risk not only to affected person but also to other people such as co-workers, family members, employers, suppliers and customers. Besides, nearby communities and other members of the public who come in contact with the workplace environment have in some way been affected by industrial health hazards.
This will analyze different types of workplace hazards, their causes and suggest ways of curbing them. The paper will audit the current methods being employed to tackle the problem of industrial health hazards, find out why it has not managed to eradicate the problem and recommend measures that might help reduce and eradicate the problem of workplace hazards.
Research problem
There are significant strides in place aimed at addressing this problem; however its increased occurrence is alarming and has prompted this research. The effects of industrial health hazards cannot be underestimated hence the need to unearth solution to this problem that is threatening the lives of many people in Australia and across the globe.

1) What are the main causes of workplace health hazards?
2) What are the effects of industrial health hazards?
3) Who are the major victims of workplace health hazards?
4) Why are the current measures not able to solve workplace health hazards?
5) Who are the main players in the efforts to solve industrial health hazards?
Research objectives
The general research objective is to determine the main causes and effects of workplace health hazards and find out why the current measures have not solved the problem.
Specific objectives of this research paper are:
a) Determine the causes of workplace health
b) To find out the effects of workplace health hazards
c) To determine the main victims of workplace violence
d) To establish the weaknesses of current measures of solving industrial health hazards
e) To ascertain the main stakeholders and their roles in solving workplace health hazards
f) To recommend possible ways of solving workplace health hazards
