Provision of health care services has improved significantly over the years, but some issues remain cumbersome in the provision of quality care. The intent of this paper is to highlight the problem of staff shortage and increased turnover due to poor job satisfaction that have been detrimental in practice.
The department faces two significant challenges in providing quality medical services. These include staff shortage and poor job satisfaction rates, resulting in a turnover.
