Background of the Research Proposal
The research proposal will focus on analyzing health care quality at the San Francisco General Hospital in California. The San Francisco General Hospital is one of the leading medical facilities in the United States of America. It serves thousands of patients annually, a factor that has made it an important medical center in California. The Quality Assurance Officer at San Francisco General Hospital is responsible for ensuring that the quality of medical services offered at the facility is compliant with the required standards.
However, over the recent past, is has been clear that the quality of health care services at San Francisco General Hospital has drastically reduced. The number of patients the hospital is serving has considerably grown to exceed what it can comfortably handle. The medical equipment of the hospital is somehow outdated, and its system of keeping medical records requires an upgrade. As a quality assurance officer of the hospital, I have been mandated to develop a comprehensive proposal with which to increase the healthcare quality at San Francisco General Hospital.

1.) The San Francisco General Hospital has adequate resources to implement the proposal with aims to improve the quality of patient care.
2.) The management of San Francisco General Hospital would implement the proposal to the latter.
3.) All patients seeking medical services from San Francisco General Hospital are citizens of the United States of America.
