i. Describe the ideas that you would like to test. Base your ideas on what you have discovered in the literature (including textbooks, professional articles, and scientific, peer-reviewed papers). Be sure to include content drawn from the academic and professional literature, which is called a literature review. In your literature review, you must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) format for citations. Use your own words to describe this evidence and background for your research project. This section may be written in a way that is similar to many of your term papers, but in this context, this section gives the evidence and rationale for your research project and the reasoning behind your research questions.
iii. What are your research questions? What are your hypotheses?
*if employees have higher salaries, they will have higher job satisfaction? this is the main question
EXamples or more questions Does the Job more hours get better jab satisfaction?*Does the job satisfaction hours reduce stress?*If decrees hours increase job satisfaction
iv. How are you going to conduct this test - remember you need to collect primary data! In other words, what are your proposed methods for collecting your data? Be practical - there are usually many ways to collect various types of data to help test your questions.
v. include how you will ensure ethical and legal practices are observed (include your work from Assignments 2 and 3 here)
vi. How will you analyze your data? Draw up a proposed set of graphs and/or tables of results.
vii. What are the likely contributions of your study?

Note the following:
Remember, that the more you write now, the less you will have to write later, particularly with regard to the review of the literature.
Read the syllabus for detailed descriptions of the course goals and for further information on what is to be included in your proposals. In your final paper, the criteria for A, B, C, or D grades also include a minimum number of scientific, peer-reviewed papers and government resources that must be included (see syllabus).
You may submit several versions of your proposal, so that you can refine your ideas and add them to your review of literature, in preparation for your final paper.
Again - Be sure to include your preliminary list of references, cited in APA format in the body of your paper as well as in the bibliography section at the end. In the resources section is a paper on how to avoid plagiarism and improve the originality of your papers.

Aviation Maintenance Management (AMM): Research Project-Proposal

Introduction

Summer jobs, internships, and projects are how students advance their academic and work experience. While they all serve the same purpose, which ranges from building confidence, accumulating workplace experience, preparation for entry in the job market, and interacting with accomplished professionals, they also differ in the context in which they are provided. Internships, for instance, involve the student in workplace daily experiences, while projects allow them to gain detailed experience in a particular area. In an internship, a student carries out assigned tasks or projects in the daily work environment. In contrast, a student focuses on one area of study that may affect the organization or the industry in a project. In this case, it can be argued that internships are holistic while projects are one dimension. However, the advantage of a project is that it provides a detailed understanding of a particular issue, which can be a lifetime endeavor. Each context furthers the student's knowledge and experience in the field. Instead of an internship & a small project, I will focus solely on a larger project.

There are several reasons why I am choosing a large project instead of an internship program. The first is related to my interest in how safety can be improved in the aviation industry from the point of view of an Aviation Maintenance Manager. Inquiries, investigations, and research into accidents in the aviation industry reveal that the interaction between humans and systems is responsible for any accidents (Li, 2019). However, little has been covered on the extent to which AMM roles can contribute to these accidents (Kinnison & Siddiqui, 2013). Safety is among the critical factors that shape processes, systems, and decisions in the industry. Major organizations like Boeing (Pasztor, 2020) have a corporate culture built around safety. Thus, I believe that safety is an issue for pilots and aircraft manufacturers and those involved in the maintenance of aircraft and the different parts or systems involved.

Thus, my focus in the project is the well-being of AMM staff members. In particular, I would like to understand the extent to which work burnout pans out among these members and its influence on the industry's overall safety. Recent flight accident reports (Li, 2019 and ICAO, 2020) have addressed issues on pilot training, systems failure, manufacturers’ misconduct, and organizational or national cultures (Song, 2018). However, little effort has been directed to the AMM department, suggesting that safety issues may not emerge here. However, research in nursing (Dall’Ora, Ball, Reinius, & Griffiths, 2020), education (Shah, Gandrakota, & Cimiotti, 2021), and even in aviation (Li, 2019) has shown that work burnout is a serious professional problem. Indeed, even the World Health Organization has stated that burnout is an "occupation...
