THIS IS A RESEARCH PROPOSAL: IT IS A PRIMARY QUALITATIVE RESEARCH: AN ETHNOGRAPHIC STUDY TO FIND OUT HOW BEST MATURE STUDENTS LEARN/ LEARNING STYLES. THIS STUDY IS TO FIND OUT IF CHOICE OF MODE OF STUDY CAN INFLUENCE CHANGE IN CURRICULA AT THE UNIVERSITY TO AVOID GENERALISATION OF DELIVERY MODES MAJORLY LECTURES, PLEASE INCLUDE OBJECTIVES.THE STUDY IS IS TO BE DONE WITH POST GRADUATE HEALTHCARE STUDENTS DOING A TEACHING COURSE AT ONE INNER CITY UNIVERSITY. THEY ARE MIXED MALE AND FEMALE, BOTH FULL TIME AND PART TIME STUDENTS. A FOCUS GROUP OF A BOUT 6-8 STUDENTS WILL BE INTERVIEWED, TIME FRAME IS ONE YEAR FOR COMPLETION. APPLICATION TO THE ETHICS COMMITTEE OF THE UNIVERSITY WILL BE DONE. APPROVAL IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND NO MAJOR COMPLICATIONS WITH ETHICAL ISSUES IN THIS STUDY EXPECTED. ANALYSIS WILL BE DONE USING NVIVO10 OR 11 DEPENDING ON WHAT IS COMFORTABLE WITH YOU THAT IS WHAT I WILL CHOOSE. THE STUDY IS SELF FUNDED AS THE STUDENT IS SELF FUNDING THEREFORE COVERING ALL COSTS. THE SELECTION OF FOCUS GROUP WILL BE DONE THROUGH THE MODULE LEADER IN COLLABORATION WITH THE RESEARCHER WHO WILL SEND OUT EMAILS. EXCLUSION CRITERIA WILL BE THOSE STUDENTS DOING ANY OTHER COURSES BUT HEALTHCARE EDUCATION AND UNDER 21/ UNDERGRADUATE.

Abstract
The plan of this article is to observe the ethnographic examination by finding out how mature students learn. The examination bases on views of students in on of the Inner City University. It focuses on the search for out if the choice of mode of study can have an impact on curricula at the university with that aim of avoiding generalization of delivery methods such as lectures. The principle of the survey is to learn from focus group comprising of six to eight adult students through interview within a period of one year for completion. Analysis of qualitative data collected during the survey will follow the analysis with simple descriptive statistics (Ranjit, 2014). Therefore, ideas presented in this paper explore the research problems along with issues encountered while undertaking the ethnographic on strategies and techniques of embracing learning process among learners. The paper also addresses the manner that choice of mode of study can serve to explore the phenomenon in a context sustainable as a methodology.
Introduction
Schools for mature learners aid in facilitating learning by encouraging the students to learn more efficiently. The learning styles in various schools like Inner City University remain to be a person’s steady approach of retaining, perceiving, along with processing latest data. Different surveyors have exposed that the growing interest in the styles of learning, the connected instructionals ways, and pedagogical training skills. The relevance results from the need to assist learners to develop into the capable and flourishing person (Pam & Lucinda, 2013). However, one sole advance to teaching in learning institutions does not toil for all learners or even for the majority of the learners. There is the need of awareness of educators on several styles of learning among learners and their skills to harmonize the teaching together with methods of education. The idea can assist in developing the rich setting for learning for learners.
Adults have different styles of learning and that they need to modify commands to the characteristics behavior where the mature people wish to study. Learning styles in University describes the individual’s preferred method that aims at the gathering, interpreting, processing, analyzing, and organizing information. Institutions make learners to have the outline of their skills of learning founded on the modalities of sensory involved in compelling information. For instance, various instructional approaches are applicable for educating medical learners such as practicals, lectures, and tutorials (Stanhope & Lancaster, 2014). Appropriate learning styles benefit the learners, as it would aid students in the process of devising the right strategies for learning for attracting their knowledge.
