Professor Tiara Good: My Introduction Speech

This speech needs to be min 3min 30 sec and max 4 mins. It needs to flow will together. Please add a attention getter from the beginning with chronological order and Monroe’s step if possible. Needs one article research just something briefly into the speech which I’ll provide what my teacher is asking for and how it needs to be put in nicely. Each paragraph should be even, so I’m not stuck on one more then the other so, balance is important. If any questions just email me.
My name is Chrystal (something easy to remember me is that I have a twin name Christina who is married to a twin and I have my own set of twin girls) I desire to finish college and will be the first in my family so its important to me to do this for myself and to break the chain from my siblings and have someone to say “I did it and did graduate from college”.
I work at a dental office as a dental assistant but not ending it there.
I’m a mother to four beautiful girls. Alexis who is 13 almost 14 this coming Sept. Annabelle and Isabella who are twins and age 6, and last is Nataley who is 5. Most important friend of mine is Casey who is my husband and been married for 7 years.
I started going to Chemeketa three summers ago, so just starting my 3rd year here. Hope to finish my prerequisite by next year so I can get into the OIT program (dental hygiene) and receive my bachelor’s degree that they have here on campus.
My hometown is Salem Oregon the capital city. [Please describe Oregon such as the beautiful fall and what it smells like and feels and colors in the leaf changes to how beautiful the lakes here are in the summer and how it feels]
I don’t like anything at all about Public Speaking as I have no desire to ever do it at any jobs, but the thing I am excited is to finally finish this class without dropping which isn’t happening since I’m already to far in to get refund. So, I’m proud to finally get it done and over as I previously dropped it 3 times. So, this is a big step.
My favorite film is The Notebook. [ Maybe describe a little but not too deep, just enough for audience to know why I choose it] I love their love story and how it didn’t matter how they grew up but more that she fell in love with him and careless about his lifestyle. How he also never gave up on her and told their love story everyday for her to remember.
Last step is to add this into the speech- Find, quote/paraphrase/summarize, and cite properly one scholarly article that explains how technology effects people today. Say why you found the scholarly article/book interesting.
