This is my last project in this semester, i will send all the requirement to you later under the files. First of all, please dont write it to professional. The academic level only needs to be High School. Someone wrote one paper for me few days ago, but the professor found out someone wrote it for me just because its too perfect!!! I dont need perfect work. Im an international student, so please write an esay understand paper for me. In addition, the paper required 4 secondary sources. Two sources must come from the ASU library database, which is the database from our university website. 


         The topic that I am going to analyze is team spirit in the context of commercial construct. team sprit can be defined as a genuine consideration for others. In a football team of a business organization no single individual is an Island, everyone in a group setting needs someone’s help in at one point. Be It the CEO of a company or the cleaning lady they all need help. Everyone in an organization has to consider him or herself as part of a greater team for things to function smoothly. There is a common phrase in many organizations that ruins businesses “that is not my job”, this phrase makes the whole team dysfunctional.


I am interested in this topic because I believe it makes the world a much better and efficient place. Nearly everything is structured around teams, for example in a football match the team is not composed only by the players but also the fans, and other workers who ensure the players are the best condition for a match. Another simple example is a Church without team spirit it is impossible for the church to stand or grow. It is important to note that creating a team environment is not always easy.


 


Writing Project Three: Multi-Source Analysis of a Pop Culture Text


 


 


In assignment two, you defined and analyzed a concept.  In project three, you will continue to analyze, but you will have more freedom to choose your topic and you will be able to draw upon more sources of information for your analysis.  Ideally this freedom and research will allow you to fully explore an example in a pop culture genre that you have interest in so that you can effectively contribute new insights to the existing “conversation” about your selected pop culture text.


Assignment


 


You will analyze an advertisement of your choice, using the ideas or strategies of multiple research sources to inform and guide your analysis. What can we learn about a current advertisement by examining it through the lens of another writer?  What can we learn about who we are by analyzing a current ad this way (focus on one of the following social constructs: “gender roles”, “discrimination”, “stereotypes”)?


 


Analysis:


An analysis means that you focus on one or more parts of the text (for example, the age or socioeconomic status of characters in a commercial; the models or images used in an ad) and make a claim about the text as a whole based on your work with those parts.


 


You must use a minimum of four sources in your analysis. 



  • One source must be from the selection of sources available in our course Canvas under Files.

  • Two sources must come from the ASU library database

  • Analysis yields some new insight or comes to some position on the pop culture text and its relationship to a current culture (15 points)


Audience appropriate language, subject, tone, and formatting:  in short, the writer demonstrates audience awareness and attempts to meet expected conventions (including citation and documentation of sources and editing/proofreading of final draft) (15 points)

Team spirit refers to the real consideration of others. In the context of the Coca Cola ad, it is used to show how unity enables players to have hope of doing better in the future. Anthony Cortese depicts that ads portray people differently depending on their target audience. For example, those targeting females usually use young women who have flawless skin and other admirable features. However, there exist hidden messages in many ads, and only keen individuals can reveal them. As such, a thorough analysis of the Coca Cola ad depicts discrimination or the inferiority of black people. Although many individuals argue that the 21st-century commercials are transparent, open-minded, and that they promote diversity, the Coca Cola ad prioritizes togetherness and has a concealed message of racial discrimination.
In the Coca Cola ad, team spirit brings people together with the hope that they will celebrate a victory of the home team in the same stadium in the future. Even if the team becomes defeated today, there is always a chance of winning another time. The ad shows a victory for the guest team with 61 scores against the home team with only three at Thiel College Stadium. An African America young man who might be a fun of the guest team is seen giving a Coca Cola soda to another white man who is seated next to him. At that time, everyone had started leaving the stadium since there was no hope for the home team winning. The white man appears humiliated, which means he must be a fan of the home team, which was defeated. Even after fans starting to disperse from the stadium when the game has one minute remaining, they stop after the young white man holding a Coca Cola soda stood and said, “Where is everyone going? The game is not over”. Consequently, the stadium comes to a standstill where everyone’s focus is on the lad to see and listen to what he is saying while holding a bottle of soda.
Notably, the ad shows how men are sometimes discriminated against women. Many are the times when females are used in ads to draw the attention of people due to their attractiveness and sexuality. In the reading “Constructed Bodies, Deconstructing Ads: Sexism in Advertising,” Cortese says, “Men are depicted in ads as incompetent and sometimes as objects of ridicule, rejection, anger, and violence” (Cortese 133). At this point, the author means that males are used in situations of defeat like it appears with the young white man who is a supporter of the home team. The person feels ridiculed, rejected, and he is angry. That is the reason why the individual sitting next to him notices it and gives him the Coca Cola soda to cool down. However, the act of giving the soda to a fan of the defeated team shows unity. The black person is generous, but he is not used as the center of attraction. For this reason, the ad discriminates against black people by showing how they cannot play the role of bringing individuals together during hard times. On that note, the initial holder of the Coca Cola soda would have been used to pass the message of team spirit. Cortese asserts that “Sexual allure sells everyt...
