Being tough and fantastic in our fitness journey through gymnastics or cross-fit and circuit training, doesn’t just mean we are able to set how long we have to be in the gym. Try wrestling with 10-kilo weights to develop heinous muscular power, repetitive push-ups & trunk-lifts for endurance, and twerking & wrapping arms on a gym ball for incremental flexibility. The tiring gym day will end with your muscles on buff. Indeed, a certain level of contentment is felt and visible as you it on the mirror, and share it on social media platforms. The more buff the body is, the more appealing it is. Therefore, earning more shares, likes, and comments.
Health practitioners made various pursuits with regards to how physical fitness is also parallel to mental wellness (Kendrick and Birtwistle 15). The number of walks and runs you can make a day from house to school or to work, definitely affects the mental health, notwithstanding gender, age, or role. The conclusive findings on the physical fitness level the studies go to prove that there are subsequent and extensive benefits in the mental dimension of a person (Dastidar and Rakshit 8).
