Abstract
Most people in the world whether in the United States or other countries in the globe belief that government institutions are a joke when it comes to achieving their main goals. They belief the rate of inefficiency and incompetence in public employees and the government parastatals they working with is very high. Despite bits of truce in their beliefs, the United States’ bureaucracy system within the government is exercisable and more valuable than expected. Attribution to poor performance in the United States is because of intervention from the eternal factors. The paper will discuss more factors for bureaucracy and the challenges the government agencies in the United States face such as political challenges, high stereotype from the public and so on.

The performance of the administering public bureaucracy system in the United States faces a lot of cynicism from the people and other organizations including President Reagan in the 1980. The efficiency of bureaucracy has been a major problem for decades in the public sector. People feel bureaucracy is failing the development targets of the public agencies due to the long processes of following up necessary resources meant for projects completion. Most polls conducted on if the government bureaucracy system is successfully maximizing the resources showed that the public thinks that the government agencies are a wastage of resources of taxpayers’ money.
Despite the beliefs of the public arena on the efficiency of bureaucracy in the government system, there are much evidence which indicating the success of bureaucracy in the public agencies. Government bodies running on dependence of bureaucracy systems have implemented many rules and regulations that govern development in the economic markets.
