Part 1
This paper will investigate the themes drawn from the use of tone or shading of the work of Kandinsky that affected modern art history. Besides, it will prove the effort it has towards modernization of the world with varying explanations and philosophies. The art of Kandinsky shows chaos and randomness in our society. Kandinsky demonstrates the beauty, fascination, and geometry concerning spiritual art. I shall be focusing on the four movements of Kandinsky`s work in the achievements of his goals. The movements include Blue Rider Period, Returning to Russia, Bauhaus, and Biomorphic Abstraction.
The theory of Kandinsky teaches a person to interpret a melody as a color and vice versa according to the changing themes in society. He believed that melodic music could be a snap to people depending on our willingness to hearing, understanding, and the ability to make sound parallels. Kandinsky is the core founders of modern abstraction in interpreting music using the art of colors. The pictures have different forms, which maintain a dynamic balance to show different themes and composition of the environment. Music gave the artists an appropriate source of inspiration, as the keys represent the color and soul teaches the piano (Frisch 92). His painting was significant to modern transformation. He conveyed spirituality and human emotion via universal visual language that understands them without cultural as well as physical limitations. His idea ignites the inner necessity of the artist to show humans emotions and thoughts. He referred to himself as a prophet with a mission to help people to have an ideal world in the perfection of the entire society. Music evokes images in the minds of the listeners, as he struggles to enrich this through spiritual painting that creates a unity of sensation.
Part 2
Kandinsky applied several theories in his artwork of painting on the interpretation of music. Imitation theory of art and beauty mainly addressed the beauty in society about feminine gender. It is a philosophy of gender that an answer to the question of beauty. It includes all beautiful things in society in addition to the feminine beauty in the community. We have two ways of considering beauty in society, which are relative beauty and absolute beauty. Relative beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, while sheer beauty coordinates beautiful things by nature. Therefore, Kandinsky applied imitation theory to painting objects and subjects that are beautiful in the world from different messages in the music.
Representation theory of art is an image or a copy to represent people, things, or events in figurative art. The argument has various ways of representing nature in the art of music via painting. Physical alteration is an imitation of the appearance of people or things in the world. Kandinsky used canvas to show people on how various things, such as animals, represent the nature of the world. For instance, painting a cow in yellow represent high pitch sound, such as a trumpet.
