Introduction
Industrialization is a production system, which emerged from rapid development, study and the utilization of scientific knowledge. Industrialization is founded on the division of labor, specialization and the use of chemical, mechanical, motorized, including organizational and academic aids in production. The main objective of this method of organizing the economic situation, which begun in the mid-eighteenth century, was to reduce the costs of producing goods and services. The realized increase in output per man hour since then, have been significant, and the average citizen in Canada today, produces much in half an hour, compared to what an average citizen produced after working the whole day.
The observed revolutionary rise in the available output, including the supply of economic resources has been due to the development of industrial economies. As such, industrialization qualifies as the result of a long and complicated historical development, which is continuous, and is yet to realize its optimal results. Considering the historical records, the modern industry can be a reflection of the future of industrialization. It is, therefore, not just about the volume of output, which measures the economic impact of industrialization, but also, there will be consideration of the industrial management and the economic organization as they have significant influence on production. 
Industrial Revolution in Canada
Canada was a British colony, meaning that, the industrial development was because of the colonial relationship with Britain. The industrialization process in Britain provided Canada with an opportunity, whereby British investors and merchants developed staples of production in Canada. After the start of the nineteenth century, fish and fur trade in Canada were supplanted by timber and agricultural production. Owing to Canada being a British Colony, Canada realized settlement by British immigrants. The population increased, and there was the creation of new villages and towns, where a wide range of specialists, such as craft producers, brewers, millers, artisans and others settled. All these specialists contributed greatly in the development of a wide variety of products efficiently.
Along with these significant developments and changes, the first twenty years of the nineteenth century were characterized by the emergence of new classes, such as the industrial entrepreneurs. These classes established mercantile interests, which contributed to political development. Still in the process of industrialization, Canada was expanded to include Western Canada, a region, which served as a market for industrial products and a source of export cash crops. An exceptional aspect of Canada is that, its formal creation was organized as a section of the economic development approach. On the other hand, industrialization of Canada completely changed the initial pre-industrial state of Canada, in that; the initial rural economy transformed into an industrial economy.
