The paper must be in a folder along with copies of at least three of the sources you used for your paper. For example, if you use Open Secrets as a reference in the paper, you could include a printout from the database with the information you used for this project.
There are several additional requirements for the paper. You must address each of the following items:

Issues such as tax reform, immigration or abortion are suggested areas to consider, but feel free to look at other relevant issues.
5) Information on your member and their 2014 and 2016 campaigns must also be included in this paper. Who were their challengers? Have they faced challenging electoral situations? I suggest you examine local newspaper articles on the election for more information.
6) I would like you to select one piece of legislation they have sponsored (or cosponsored). Briefly describe the legislation and how far it has gotten in the House. Please explain why the member has an interest in this legislation.
7) Finally, you must look at the representative’s campaign contributions. Where has the majority of their funding come from? You might consider highlighting major donors in one or two categories. Some analysis as to why certain donors might be interested in supporting the candidate is recommended.Political Scicncc 102: American National GovernmentCongress Assignment DUE DATES: September 14 - Biographical Sketch Due

Serving as a member of this committee, Barton has been able to lead the house to pass quite comprehensive national energy policy legislation. For instance, in the year 2005, he participated in the authorship of a comprehensive national energy policy that became law since 1930s. It is also important to remember that Barton has always committed himself to passing those legislations that promotes a good environment of supply, low demand, environmental protection and consumer-friendly prices. Being a proponent of competition, he is also responsible for the idea of the first electricity deregulation legislation that assisted in deregulation of the natural gas industry. Joe Barto...
