Had I been reared in an agricultural society, my directions in life would have been different since I would focus mostly on the production of food in the country. I would also value natural aspects of the environment such as rain, wind, sun and soil since I would understand clearly their contribution in the success of agriculture.
In-groups influence
My in-groups have broadened my view of the world. I see the world as a village. It is a small village with people of different race, ethnicity, religion and behaviors, but all people have similar capabilities. Some realize their capabilities while others do not.
Peer pressure
Most of my friends are mainly my peers. There are those who bend towards negative social behaviors and those who focus on positive ways. For me, peer pressure has largely impacted my life positively. Since the friends I have are serious with their studies, am also motivated to focus in school and always to attain impressive grades. Peer pressure has pushed me to change my dressing so that I can fit in with my peers. It has also made me an active participant in social media platforms since it is trendy and it enables me to relate better with my peers.
