This research is going to find out how people use their body language to express themselves. Body language includes dissimilar gestures, actions, and facial expressions that express about human’s emotional state and feelings that lack description via means of words. The effects of using body language in different places such as workplace, home and in the public such as streets. Why some religions perceive the usage of some body language as wrong while others do not. Body language indicate various forms of communication without use of words. Every day people intermingle with others during their day-to-day routines. The type of expression varies a lot provisioning on the situation at hand. The research is going to explain why everybody should learn to use body language to communicate and why it is important for children to learn on how to use body language correctly. Reasons why people use formal form of language at workplace and use mixed forms of communication on off work course indicate how they feel and why they prefer to use the different forms differently.

Communication affects the body language of an individual. Most people hardly take notice of their body language when they are communicating in the crowd or directly to other people. Body language is as powerful as the words people communicate but most people do not realize the power beyond their body language. Individuals learn body language to control particular signs and movements they make when a need rises and in order to understand what other persons say or anticipate saying. According to current researches, body language constitutes to almost 50 percent or more of what an individual communicates. Therefore, it is important to learn how one should use body communication and when not to over use it. Since early times, the difficult of body language has been of a big concern. Many people use body language for expressing the way they feel and their emotions. The research paper will look at the questions that closely connect with the concept of human body language. The hypotheses of the research paper are; people use a nonverbal form of communication insentiently; humans use body language more commonly than the verbal language, individuals use body language to show the main core of their thoughts revealed with the assistance of feelings, expressions, and lastly gestures merely.
