Comparison Between Chinese and American Hospitals
There are many similarities and differences between Chinese and American hospitals. In the recent past, both countries have been undertaking concerted efforts to improve the healthcare system. The hospitals are central areas where care is given to individuals. Notably, we can argue that the hospital environment's diverse aspect determines healthcare quality and patient satisfaction. As the population continues to grow in both countries, many people visit hospitals without insurance. There are other major differences in the way hospitals in China and the United States appear. Gong (2014) argued that most of the hospitals within the United States look like hotels. This implies that the level of sanitation and the kind of service offered within these environments is outstanding. The main source of the differences includes the service quality, personnel training, and mobility of the hospital workers. The cost of service is also a major determinant of the differences between China and the United States.

An individual can get expert physician services from hospitals located in any part of the country (Zimmerman, 2011). Unlike China, where hospitals have been hierarchized, American hospitals are equipped with all facilities and personnel to ensure that all the population's health needs can be addressed without the need to travel to far areas. Physicians located in many parts of the country are able to serve patients following similar standards of care. This ensures that people can receive consistent healthcare services (Gong, 2014).
In China, it is rare to find medical expert changing their work positions. When a particular hospital hires ...
