Systemic Racism Among Minorities in the US Student’s Name Institution of Affiliation Course Name Instructor’s Name Date Systemic Racism Among Minorities in the US 1 Title Over the years, the United States has been experiencing several problems that affect the wellness of individuals. Systematic racism among minorities is one of the common issues that the country has been fighting for several decades. I have selected this topic since it has adversely affected the society of minorities. I have encountered cases of inequality and discrimination where its effects are detrimental. I believe this topic resounds with me individually, facilitating my desire and passion for further exploring systematic systems' complications and consequences. Studying this topic will initiate movements among other researchers to study and find measures to solve existing problems in the US. 2 Introduction For decades, racism has continued to occur across the US, which has encountered several cases of racism. (2020) attested that urban environments are active ecological schemes demonstrated by dependent social and biological aspects. The growing heterogeneity and structure of urban areas fuel the biotic outcomes seen, where the three-dimensional forms are usually accredited to the incapable social stratification of power and wealth in individuals’ communities. Schell et al. (2020) also noted that people explicitly incorporate evolution, ecology, and societal processes to stress the relationship connecting community inequalities and biological variation in urban areas. Notably, Schell et al. (2020) agreed that wealth is a substa...
