This means is achieved by working on a product or services whose long-term vision the employees believe will make an impact. It comes from teaming up with people that the manager respects and who are always challenging him or her to learn more and get better. It comes from the adrenaline rush that the manager gets from creating and marketing a product or service that consumers will love (Garg & Rastogi, 2006).
