Anecdote
Growing up as a child was all fun until my other could insist I play outside with my childhood friends. Her curiosity grew because I used to lock myself in my room and enjoy playing video games or drawing sketches. After complaining to my dad, my big brother encouraged me to accompany him every day he could go out playing. The reason was to help me interact with my peers and grow an interest in social activities that are not limited to sports. Two weeks into the routine, I made three friends with whom we shared many attractions like drawing, playing video games, and most importantly, supporting our elder siblings while they played basketball. In the event, our friendship grew, and home visits became part of our to-do activities. One day, while I was in 9th grade, a new girl relocated to our neighborhood. I was interested in getting to know her, but being shy, I relied on my proxies. Andrew, my outspoken and vocal friend, acted in my interests and helped me get Sheryl’s audience.
However, even after Andrew's efforts to convince her, Sheryl refused to join our circle and warned Andrew that she would report us to his parents and my parents if he insists on presenting my case. After consolations, we decided to keep off and mind our business. One Friday afternoon, while enjoying the serene environment in our neighborhood, Sheryl made a surprising visit to the courtside. My friends and I were shocked as we continuously approached our basement. Unfortunately, when I thought that I had accomplished my dream and landed myself the most beautiful girl as a friend in my hometown, Sheryl called out my name. She warned me to keep off her house in a commanding voice and avoid mentioning her name because I was not handsome. The words and event made me devastated and depressed the whole December holiday. Twelve years later, I learned that the experience was vital as it helped me understand the value of networking, and by engaging in basketball, I boosted my self-esteem.

Orwell draws from Yevgeny Zamyatin's works to inform his writing and argues that governments will use politics to influence their citizens' decisions (Orwell, 1984). 1984 classical is the most reputable science fiction where characterization mimics human cultural conditioning. In the novel, Winston Smith is brainwashed and when he loses his subconscious mind, he is not only controlled but made forced to love Big brother (Orwell, 1984). Critical analysis of Orwell's life in the novel is an anecdote of his life in preparatory school. At the moment, Orwell suffered ridicule and was forced to adore what he hates. Therefore, the paper condemns any plans by friends in our circles who continuously seek to remain relevant and oppress their colleagues' contributions. The article draws from Orwell's belief that people should learn to coexist without manipulating, blackmailing, or mistreating others to subscribe to their opinions, and analyzes the theme of love and showcase how friendship is unnecessary because it has...
