In opening of the new ambulatory care center in the city, one would have to consider several objectives in the choosing of the viewpoint. This would be in addition to picking a suitable archetype for governance. Between the choices of professional autonomy, social contract, or free market perspective as archetypes of designing the running of the center one should have a fixed stand. The consideration lies in the most appropriate perspective, in terms of relations to workers, the community, and the persons to be served by the center. Therefore, the most applicable means would be to choose the only aspect related to such an institution of health.
Relative to all aspects, the use of a social contract as the paradigm to design the structure should apply. The main reason is the service to be provided, as well as the applicability of this service to the community. Since the care will be held mainly in terms of personalized health care sessions, treatment, and interpolation of medical situations, all medical equipment, knowledge and procedures provided should be offered on a one-on-one basis (Hsiao, Cherry, Beatty & Rechtsteiner, 2010). This directly necessitates the application of the social contract in respect to handling and service provision to patients. Primarily, this is due to the administration of law on the workers, in a way similar to what the law suggests. The directive aims at providing the workers with a rational ‘giving up of social right’ for appropriate ‘benefits of social order’ (Sulkunen, 2007).
