Different cultural items were used in ancient times to serve integral roles in both the lives of the living and the dead. The cultural work selected is the Shabti doll, a figure of a human body at the top and its lower body in the form of a mummy. The time period that this cultural work was used is between 1292 and 1189 B.C. (Dynasty 19). It is also said to have been made from faience material (Borowik, 2020).
