The development and sustainability of a good Telehealth implementation Program or plan depend on the ability to enhance effectiveness in the drafting stages of the program. In this study, the telehealth implementation shall rely on the use of methods such as: the understanding of the patients’ needs, and the expectations of the healthcare providers (Schwamm, 2014), understanding and freeing the healthcare from the traditional expectations in the revenue, changing the traditional healthcare procedures and also giving room for new discoveries. Other major methods of implementing the same plan are through the understanding of the importance of giving other people the room to do their best, and also changing the whole healthcare system to give room for the best practices to take place (Taylor et al., 2015). The potential subjects for this plan implementation include all the various public healthcare facilities, in which this plan can be established and made to function.
The resources which shall beneeded for the implementation of this telehealth plan include human labor from medical doctors, and researchers, money, which can be generated from the government agencies and other non-governmental agencies, and finally the training places, which implies to space (Schwamm et al., 2016).There are some clinical tools which need to be introduced into the plan, so as to ensure success, which include all the various tools and equipment used by nurses and doctors in delivering services to their patients. In the process of monitoring the telehealth implementation plan, there are some issues which need to be put into consideration. The monitoring process shall include the use of questionnaires to determine the progress of the plan,the use of various tests to identify the progress of the plan (Chorba, 2013). The delivering process shall require the process of enhancing proper training to the various individuals who shall be involved in the general organization of the system, as well as the ones who shall be overseeing its implementation, and suitability (Vanderwerf, 2010). There is a need for training, for all individuals who will be involved directly in the implementation process.
