Develop an analysis of 250 words from the results, addressing your organization's readiness level, possible project barriers and facilitators, as well as how to integrate clinical inquiry.
Make sure to include the rationale for the survey categories scores that were significantly high and low, incorporating details and/or examples. Also explain how to integrate clinical inquiry into the organization, providing strategies that strengthen the organizations weaker areas.

Studies have shown that inadequate follow up nursing support education to patients suffering from congestive heart failure leads to subsequent non-adherence to the treatment plan among the patients (Andrietta, Moreira & de Barros, 2011). Discharged patients also fail to adhere to the medication instructions and this affects adherence to medication which commonly results to re-hospitalization. Evidence also indicates that the vision statement is not shared across the organization and this creates barriers which fail to facilitate positive patient outcomes.

From the above analysis, it is evident that the healthcare institution has clearly stated goals, mission and vision, but these aspects are not well understood and enforced by the employees.
