In 500‐750 words (not including the title page and reference page), apply a change model to the implementation plan. Include the following:
Rogers' diffusion of innovation theory is a particularly good theoretical framework to apply to an EBP project. However, students may also choose to use change models, such as Duck's change curve model or the transtheoretical model of behavioral change. Other conceptual models presented such as a utilization model (Stetler's model) and EBP models (the Iowa model and ARCC model) can also be used as a framework for applying your evidence‐based intervention in clinical practice.
Apply one of the above models and carry your implementation through each of the stages, phases, or steps identified in the chosen model.
In addition, create a conceptual model of the project. Although you will not be submitting the conceptual model you design in Topic 5 with the narrative, the conceptual model should be placed in the appendices for the final paper.

Various utilizing theories have been developed to understand why some research studies have failed and why others have worked. The research used other theoretical models that incorporate other disciplines in sociology, psychology, and other organizational theories. The paper will deliberate the application of Everett Roger's diffusion of innovation theory (DIT) on the application of lateral violence (LV) EBP.
Rogers uses the DIT is a course where changes in certain practices can spread through the communication networks between individuals in an organization. It also explains how change takes place through the process of diffusions through the population. Some of these characteristics are required for the ultimate change to take place. These features are observability, trialability, relative advantage, complexity, and comparability (Lachman, 2015). Complexity is manner in which change practices are learned and applied by the subjects. Trialability is the small amount of change that is normally used to ascertain the relative efficacy. Observability are the positive results that are supposed to be observed from the practice change.
Lateral Violence
Lateral violence has become a significant nutritional problem and has taken the attention of a lot of health institutions. Lateral violence has a lot of definitions. Consequently, lateral violence is behavior towards another person that is harmful and can devalue their worth. There are various forms of Lateral violence.
