The Item Described at the Board Meeting
During the board meeting, various items were discussed. First, the members talked about athletics and the importance of doing personal training. Secondly, the members discussed housing facilities in the country. The matter focused on improving the housing facilities of citizens in different regions (Biggers, 2012). Thirdly, the team discussed the development of local businesses in the state. The main focus on this agenda was to ensure most of the population will be employed to raise their standards of living. Additionally, the members emphasized the improvement of the local environment, homes, and families.
Attendees of the Meeting
Several officials attended the meeting, presenting their views on different agendas. The officials included Edwin Flores, Joyce Foreman, Dan Micciche, Miguel Solis, Dustin Marshall, Justin Henry, and Maxie L Johnson. However, the officials were from different fields such as sports, the housing industry, environmental health, and the business industry. For instance, Joyce Foreman is the managing director of environmental health, while Dustin Marshall is a director-general in the business industry (Eisenstein, 2019). The main reason for the members attending the meeting was to discuss the three agendas.
Presentation in the Meeting
During the board meeting, the presentation was made by most of the senior members of different fields. The seniors were presenting the ideas their colleagues had given them before the meeting. Their presentation was civil since it discussed the contemporary issues people are facing in the current world (Price, 2019).
