Executive Summary
The internet has provided businesses all over the world with immense opportunities of meeting their client’s demands from remote locations. The ease of shopping and ordering for items place less burdens on shoppers who prefer researching and buying items online than going to stores (Mohammed, 2015). However, provision of this ease of business requires great coordination from companies that offers these services. This report highlights the issues related with a company offering e-commerce and identified system redundancy and insufficient employee knowledge of the system as pertinent bottlenecks to the company. The report seeks to provide possible solutions to the problem. According to preliminary findings, training of all employees on the technical parts of the system is important. This will also requires follow up reminders using learning materials such as presentation documents and newsletters to keep them up to date with any changes. The company also requires investing in expert personnel to help it in managing problems related with online fraud and cyber security. The departments will also have to manage efficiently budgets allocated to them to avoid wastages.

Introduction
Efficiency is an important aspect in any business that deals with a lot of customer demands and requirements. The organization of customer requests and responding to them in a company dealing with e-commerce system highly dictates its success, as customer satisfaction helps to drive sales. In order for an e-commerce system to remain competitive and quality, it must be free to errors, dynamic, responds constantly to changes in technology, and creates organized means of delivering orders to customers. Additionally, such errors and complaints are time consuming as they take lots of effort into solving them.
In order to compete successfully and achieve efficiency in service delivery, quality management in terms of processes, people, and performance is important (Goetsch & Davis, 2014). The process needs to have a faster response time and less costly. The employees need proper training in order to cut costs, provide quality service, and engage customers productively (Elnaga & Imran, 2013). By improving the skills, capability and knowledge of its employees, a firm will remain to be a competitive force in the marketplace. In regard to the company under discussion, the report seeks to provide alternative solutions to error prevention, employee improvement and implementation of efficiency processes in system management.
