When making suggestions, it is important to speak from experience rather than using “you should” statements. If time is up and team members still have suggestions to share, write them down on the index cards and pass them out at the end of the meeting.

One of the things that ought to be prioritized is to find out as much as possible about the internship programs including information from those who have had first-hand experience . Similarly, the practice search process, writing effective resume, application requirements and other things required are noted down.
