Communication refers to the exchange of information between two or more parties through writing, verbal, or through the use of any other medium. Business communication, therefore, is the exchange of facts, thoughts, and systematic ideas between stakeholders in a business scenario. This kind of communication has every aspect of it being specific, ranging from the audience, the content, place, time, and place (Business Communication, 2017). It, therefore, has unique features that differentiate it from the ordinary kind of communication. 
Features of a business communication
Accuracy
Business communication needs to be accurate in every aspect. This is mainly for consistency in the planning and execution of other primary activities in the organization. Inaccuracy interferes with effective communication that later translates to the execution of the main ideas. Good business communication needs to have accurate information, grammar, facts, figures, as well as spelling. This is not necessary in the case of regular communication. Accuracy is not an essential thing since normal communication is just for informational purposes, and any mistake done cannot cost much (Pop & Sim, 2016). 
Consideration
Business communication is considerate of the receiver in many aspects. People a message is delivered, the sender has to think about the receiver first and then choose what will best make them understand the message well. The receiver’s needs, emotions, interests, and sentiments are considered when choosing the matter to be discussed as well as the medium of communication (Temkina & Aytugan, 2019). For example, there are specialized communication media for those stakeholders that have hearing or seeing impairments. Consideration in this context, therefore, means that the source of the message should ask himself or herself what he or she would have wanted if they were in the position of the receiver.
