The publicly traded company that I found interesting and would like to study for this class is called LEXON TECH INC. Lexon technologies Ltd was founded in the year 1993. Its symbol or abbreviation is LEXO.OB. It was incorporated in its subsidiary which was engaged in manufacturing of computer related peripherals. The Company’s Vision reads “Solutions today for a greener tomorrow” (Lexon Technologies, 2009). Lexon Technologies is a Company of the Eco Green Manufacturer of sustainable products in the IT industry which includes the recycled toners and Drums, Inkjet Cartridges for the monochrome and color printers, copiers, fax machines and other peripheral devices. The company supplies over 350 product lines in the America with real prices going for as low as 30-60% less than the Original (OEM). In other words, this company deals in the buying and selling of used Computer peripherals. On their website, the Company has published news about the completion of their acquisition of nanoinkjet which was an established online retailer of the recycled inkjet and toner cartridges and the second acquisition of an internet firm.
