The author arguments is based on the observations of the new domain of warfare in the world by exploring the questions such as ‘when is warfare cease to be called war?' And ‘when is war taken for a worthy course of democracy to fight against such forces of racialism, sexism, political and religious persecutions (Atanasoski 5).
