Why may this be the case?
What are two important factors posing a challenge to the translation of transnational human/sexual rights in a given socio-cultural context of your choosing;
(a) Discuss the challenges posed by these two factors and;
(b) Assess how these challenges limit experiences and access to full citizenship for all or some people.

What is your understanding of sexual rights, and do you agree that sexual rights are politicized? Justify your answer by drawing on relevant materials.
Despite decades of fierce discussion, there has never been political unanimity on the phrase "sexual rights." The cause of opposition is countries' claims to drastically differing understandings (and concerns) of what "sexual rights" comprise and potentially tie them to. Because individuals in power regularly utilize sexual rights to influence and manipulate people's behavior, sexual rights have become political. For example, in many countries throughout the globe, same-sex partnerships are illegal, restricting people's capacity to openly express their sexuality and placing them in danger of discrimination, violence, and even death. Furthermore, sexual rights are often invoked to legitimize harsh regimes, such as anti-LGBT legislation in Russia and Nigeria. The state has utilized sexual rights to restrict and repress minority populations in both situations.
Without intervention from the state or any other third party, every individual has the inherent freedom to decide how they will engage in sexual activity and parent their offspring. Sexual rights are essential because they assist in guaranteeing that individuals can live their lives in a manner free from discrimination, violence, and oppression. There should be the freedom of expression. Sexual rights are important. People should not worry about being persecuted or discriminated against to discuss or investigating their sexual orientation or gender identity. Those in authority will often use sexual and reproductive rights as a weapon to subjugate and dominate members of underrepresented groups. Without intervention from the state or any other third party, every individual has the inherent freedom to decide how they will engage in sexual activity and parent their offspring. It is essential to protect people's sexual rights because doing so makes it more likely that they will be able to live their life in a manner that is free from discrimination, abuse, and oppression.[Caleb Orozco v. How are markers of inclusion and exclusion reinforced in mainstream sexual and reproductive rights movements/discussions?
The markers of inclusion and exclusion are often reinforced in public conversations and activities around sexual and reproductive rights. For instance, one of the primary concerns in many industrialized nations, including the United States, is ensuring that women have access to contraceptive and abortion services. However, there is often very little debate regarding the requirements of other groups, such as those who identify as LGBTQ+, people who work in the sexual exploitation industry, and people who are disabled.
