The part of the paper that I found most interesting was the ethics that surrounded the concept of lobbying. Lobbying can be comprehensively defined as an individual or entity to influence the decision of the government. Some analysts would define lobbying as the actions that seek to form a balance between unethical advocacy and the unethical influence of the government. As I already knew, lobbyists are the individuals who were keen on the spending of the government and were thus quick to point out the flaws in this regard. It was thus surprising to find in the paper that some of the lobbyists had ethical issues in regards to how they spent the funds meant to sponsor most of their activities.
