Making The Team Project Individual Reflection Paper

Reaction Paper Instructions:

All the headlines have to be thought of ourselves, including subtitles.
Part1.
In fact, there is not much discussion when we cooperate with the group.
The only thing can be said is that when we decide our theme and theory that the team wants to report, my theme is not in line with my team. My theme originally was Low-price leadership, and my classmates were going to talk about creating shared value, corporate governance, employee status, and innovation, so I have to find a topic that can be combined into my team members topic.
So I chose Flexibility Leadership, and I will attach the report content of our group below to understand the situation.
My reflection on this paper is a reflection on what we happened when we did this report.
But we didn't do too much discussion while we are making the team project, also, our team project has the same deadline with reflection paper. The only Central Challenge that can be squeezed out is that I have to compromise on the theme for everyone, and I can't write what I want to write.
However, I don't know if there is any relevant theory to write in here. Please help me find the theory to write this part, thank you.
Part2.
This part is going to show how my Central Challenge (to compromise others for teamwork) impact individuals, groups, organizations, and global communities. And must have another theory to support.
Part3.
In the fifth of the third part, we also need to find another theory to support our own speech. In the second question of the third part, the answer for me is "I will confirm all the things that we need to do and announce it to everyone. Also, help my team members to build a PPT layout. So that everyone can easily make their own PPT."
The third and fourth sub-questions, I think that the negotiation skills are what I learned in this team report, and how to negotiate with others, prevent us overlap the academic papers, theories, and company case choices that need to use in our paper. The theory may be based on the above several things, such as the theory of negotiating skills, to discuss.
Then you must quote 10 different academic papers (must be journals) and 3 different theories.
Please contact me on this part, I need to make sure that the journals won't have the same as my classmates'.
If any part is unclear, please contact me. This report is really complicated and it is a headache. I am willing to discuss it with the writer, to complete my report. Thank you.
instructions from professor:
Each team member will write a concise and substantive at least five-paged reflection paper to discuss a central challenge or issue that emerged during the process of working on your team and individual project briefing. Note: A reference list is mandatory; however, it will not count towards the number of pages required for this project. The purpose of the reflection paper is to help you and your professor gain more insight into your experiences (both virtually and face-to-face), and key learning’s by ascertaining:
 How you were impacted by this process of working on a self-managed team; and
 How your participation, decision-making skills, leadership abilities, behavior, and overall contribution impacted the team.
As a future leader, it is imperative that one understands cause and effect; action and reaction. All things are interconnected. I am most interested in what you’ve learned from this process and how you will employ these key learning’s as you move forward during your academic, professional career, and personal life. Your individual reflection paper will help you and your professor gain more insight into your behavior, thought processes, and decision-making skills as it relates to your participation on this team project and on other team projects both at work and within higher academia.

NOTE: Wikipedia, magazines, newspapers and websites (unless it is a website of an organization you are researching) are not acceptable references for any written assignment. If you utilize information from an organization’s website, you can only cite the source once. The purpose of the project is to help you learn how to properly conduct research, and dig for answers. Due to limited space, no charts or graphsare allowed to be included in your paper.
Research must be Scholarly (e.g., peer reviewed academic journals, and trade journals). You are required to properly cite sources in text and in your reference list per APA guidelines. Failure to do so will be reflected in the points awarded. Also, failure to follow all instructions will impact points rewarded.

Central Challenge
Our group focused mainly on deciding the different themes and theories that our team wants to report. Our team brainstormed for varying topics and each of us presented our chosen topics to the whole group. The topics presented are about creating shared values, corporate governance, employed status for innovation, and low-priced leadership. My original topic of choice was the low-priced leadership; however, my group members insisted to change my topic of choice to correspond or fit the theme of other topics chosen by my group mates. I changed my topic and chose another one, making my new topic to be about flexibility leadership. The central challenge that I faced was to find a way to settle a dispute about my original choice and its compatibility with the topics of my group mates. As a result, I retracted my initial choice and compromised with the decision of my group mates. Although my new choice is what I think the best option to meet the theme of the other topics, I still can’t write what I wanted to write in order to uphold my decision to compromise with others demands. According to Kabanoff (1989), compromise is the way of dealing with conflict in terms of cooperativeness and assertiveness by balancing one belief with another through gaining and losing preferences in both parties. Assertiveness is the conviction of appealing interest of oneself and cooperativeness is level of concern for other people's interest when making one's opinion (Jassen & van de Vliert, 1996). The advantage of using a compromise to address conflict is that both parties can agree on the terms easily since there is no clear winner or losses in this conflict management and can rapidly mend conflicts; however, compromise will not yield the greatest result in terms of improving relationship between conflicting parties and ideas (Kabanoff, 1989). Unlike other conflict management styles, where there should be a clear winner on whether who is right or wrong, compromise neither views who is right nor wrong but produce a decision that has both losses and gains that seems neutral to the parties involved (Kabanoff, 1989).
Theory
In 1986, Dean G. Pruitt and Jeffrey Z. Rubin described a theory on how people respond in a social conflict. They called their theory, “Dual-concern theory” (Cai & Fink, 2002; Gabrielidis et al., 1997; Holt & DeVore, 2005; Jassen & van de Vliert, 1996). The dual concern theory generalizes the motivational orientation of conflict in the levels of concern in either two personal motives. The two personal motives are: the concern about the interest of oneself and the level of concern for other people's interest (Jassen & van de Vliert, 1996). The theory addresses the different conflict resolution style to determine the ways on how individuals approach and manage interpersonal conflicts (Gabrielidis, Stephan, Ybarra, Dos Santos Pearson, & Villareal, 1997). It can be visualized using a four quadrant grid or a managerial grid that proposes the relationship of equating the concern for others in the y-axis against the concern for the self in the x-axis (Holt & DeVore, 2005). Depending on the level of concern,...
