The statement voices the thinking that investing in employees is an expensive and otherwise personal responsibility for every individual who seeks employment. A company would benefit from having workers with immense skills and knowledge favorable to their jobs before getting employed. However, the presence of a limit in skills needed by the job market and high increase in employees' turnover, a company has to invest in training employees. Hence, I disagree with the statement.
