Reaction Paper Assignment on Gangs and Predatory Crimes (Reaction Paper Sample)
A Reaction Paper is designed to develop and sharpen your critical thinking and writing skills. Your objective in writing this assignment is to define an issue clearly and to formulate and clarify your position on that issue by reacting to a controversial statement. In insecure areas, one may be compelled, by a feeling of insecurity, to join local gangs. Gangs offer one a chance to access and use guns (Weerman, Lovegrove, & Thornberry, 2015). Furthermore, positions within gangs are extremely competitive and its acquisition requires gang members to commit certain predatory crimes.
