Consumers’ choices of brands create competition in the market. The brands are chosen based on their value and ability to outdo other brands. The ability of the consumer to trust a certain brand depends on how much the brand meets the needs of its customers. Companies have to create brand loyalty with their consumers for a marketing relationship that lasts longer.
The brand loyalty theory is what I find the most exciting.
