Dear Sir,
I have been a longtime customer to your hotel, a period spanning over six years due to the good services that I have always enjoyed there. I however regret that over the past few months, I have not really enjoyed some of the things or my experiences there. There seems to be new members of staff who have totally been quite rough and unprofessional when it comes to their services. For example the other day, I had quite a lot of problems with one of them, who insisted on having me sit next to the entrance and not my preferred place, just because I had a wet raincoat.
There was the other one who tried being so straight up with me that I found it a bit offending. I was not pleased with the manner in which the receptionist responded to my questions. Even after queuing for long time the receptionist was very rude. Since I am a long term customer in your restaurant, I should be assured of quality services from the employees. I also asked the receptionist if steak was available on the menu but she failed to respond to my question. She later answered rudely asking if I was blind to read the menu. I felt offended by her response. After making am order, the waiters took a lot time to deliver food. They took approximately forty five minutes.
