A History of My writing experience
As far as I could remember, the first time that I wrote my first journal was during grade school. When my mom gave me a journal, I got excited and filled it up immediately with all of the things that goes into my mind. And, if I remember it correctly, that was the first time that I wrote my very first poem, with the help of my mother, I mimicked how the characters on the television make rhyming sounds.
My worst experience in writing was during my first year in high school. When we were given our first task in creative writing, I didn’t know what to do, and ended up not following the instructions given by our teacher, which is to write about our most favorite cartoon characters. I didn’t know why I made a biographical account of my cartoon character, rather than simply stating who he is and telling them why I like him.
My best experience in writing was during my second year in high school. Having learned the tricks in writing different types of essays, from expository to creative, I wrote my first argumentative essay.
