Due to this, the company has experienced a decrease in net profits. Consequently, this has left us with a big decision to make. How do we adjust to this problem? After exploring our options, we have decided not to reduce costs through layoffs or reduction events, and to instead cut costs elsewhere. Unfortunately, this means that we will not be able to provide vocational bonuses this year to our employees. Simutech regrets the situation and assures all the employees that necessary steps are being undertaken. The company and other software companies have been in constant negotiations with the government tax agency. The aim of these negotiations is to find a long lasting agreement that would benefit all parties involved.
