The title of the video ad is “McDonald's UK - Carrot Stick (2017 Christmas commercial)” /watch?v=QaDWM6aGTuU * Describe the ad in detail: what does it look like, what designs are used, who appears in it, is there music or editing, etc. The ad is about a young girl being attached to a carrot stick. Throughout the whole film, people asked why she was holding onto a carrot wherever and whenever she goes. And in all those times she simply replies “it’s for the reindeer.” The environment of the advertisement features a yuletide ambiance. All the streets, parks, and even their home are filled with Christmas decorations, while sidewalks are covered with snow. Throughout the duration of the whole film, several characters appear such as the ‘young girl’, her father, her mother, her older brother, and a few strangers who inquired about the carrot. In terms of editing, one of the salient features is the music. It features a soft piano solo that is average in tempo.
