Understanding the relationship of the chemiosmotic process in the cell's whole energy production is essential for any student. It allows him to understand how the cell creates and spend energy, in the form ATP (adenosine triphosphate) even after the end of the Citric Acid Cycle.
Accordingly, the chemiosmosis theory provides an apt explanation about this process.
